Perbedaan Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Mahasiswa Prodi Teknik Kimia UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta Kuliah Olahraga II Cabang Senam dan Bola Voli

This study aims to determine: 1) The effect of gymnastics on the level physical fitness students Chemical Engineering Study Program UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. 2) influence volleyball 3). Differences in and uses an experimental method. population this were Yogyakarta who took Sports II courses Gymnastics branch branch. sampling technique is purposive random sampling, size sample taken for each group 25 students. data analysis used T test. prerequisite test normality (Kolmogrov Sumirnov with = 0.05) homogeneity variance (Levene's Test, 0.05). results are as follows: there increasing Yogyakarta, evidenced by average pretest 27,160 posttest 29,120 increase 1.96 means that through result 34,748 37,869 3,121 volleyball. 3) a significant difference between volleyball, significance 0.036 tcount -2.152 at 5%.
